Custom Solutions: Mountings, Poles and Structures
Lumenpulse's custom-built solutions were integral to lighting the South-Central Sports and Community Association (ASCCS) expansion, ensuring both functional and aesthetic design. In collaboration with BBBL_Provencher_Roy, Lumenpulse custom luminaires provided precise illumination with powerful downlights and Lumenline fixtures, seamlessly integrated into the architecture. A challenge was overcome when lighting for the exterior was adjusted to minimize spill light, creating a dynamic and welcoming atmosphere. The custom-built luminaires used throughout the expansion contributed to a cohesive, safe, and visually appealing environment, enhancing the experience for all who use the community space.
Clippership Wharf
Custom Solutions: Bespoke Luminaires / Mountings, Poles
and Structures
Lumenpulse’s custom solutions shine through in the transformation of Boston’s wharf, where modified Element Columns welcome visitors with a stunning display of light. Designed to reflect the area’s unique history, these “leaning pylons of light” draw inspiration from the nearby weathered wharf pilings, seamlessly blending into the environment. Lumenpulse collaborated closely with Lumen Studio, Inc. to turn their vision into reality, creating a one-of-a-kind solution that celebrates the site’s past while adding to its present vibrancy. The result is not just lighting, but an iconic gateway that enhances both civic pride and safety.
Infinity Bridge
Custom Solutions: Optics, Outputs, Colors and CCTs / Mountings, Poles and Structures
Lumenpulse's custom solutions played a key role in retrofitting Northern England's iconic Infinity Bridge in Stockton-on-Tees, where our Lumenbeam Large luminaires replaced a metal halide design, achieving energy savings of up to 74%. In collaboration with Stainton Lighting Design Services and Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council, we developed custom mounting solutions and optics to enhance the bridge's architecture and optimize lighting performance. The result is a striking, energy-efficient lighting solution that highlights this prestigious landmark while reducing energy consumption.
Church of Our Lady of Laeken

Lumenpulse's custom solutions played a pivotal role in the lighting design of the Church of Our Lady of Laeken in Brussels, a striking historical landmark and place of worship. Working closely with lighting designers at LIGHT-TO-LIGHT, Lumenpulse's Lumenfacade and Lumenbeam fixtures were selected for their versatility and precision in accentuating the church's intricate architectural elements. The lighting concept cleverly utilizes white and amber light to highlight the church's columns and reliefs, creating an intricate interplay of shadows while maintaining the integrity of the building's heritage. With remote drivers and customizable mounting options, Lumenpulse's luminaires were instrumental in bringing this masterpiece of neo-Gothic architecture to life, enhancing its presence within the nightscape of Brussels.
Kineum Building
Custom Solutions: Optical and Mechanical Accessories / Mountings, Poles and Structures
Lumenpulse's custom solutions played a key role in lighting the Kineum building in Göteborg, Sweden, blending engineering precision with aesthetic appeal. In collaboration with Light Bureau and Stockholm Lighting, narrow optics were used to graze the building's 100m high facade. A challenge arose during the mock-up when spill light from the field angle intruded into residential areas. Atelier LP engineered a 4-degree beam angle with a hard cut-off to prevent spill light while ensuring sharp illumination. Custom enclosures were created for each pole, with two fixtures illuminating different building sections.

Custom Solutions: Bespoke Luminaire / Moutnings, Poles
and Structures
Lumenpulse's custom solutions were integral to the success of the Hennepin Art District project in Minneapolis, bringing the vision to life with innovative fixtures. Collaborating with engineers from Kimley Horn and lighting designers from Schuler Shook, we developed a rounded version of the Lumenblade fixture, a new casted base cover, and a muffler-type Lumenpulse Techpole for increased EPA resistance. We also incorporated a recessed GFCI option and mounting provisions for Verizon and T-Mobile equipment, ensuring versatility. Our teamwork, including structural analysis and special installation instructions, made for a smooth process, delivering a beautiful, high-performance lighting solution that enhances the Art District.
