Your Responsibilities

  • Cover the portions of the parts that need to be paint free, according to the specifications;
  • Separate, sort, check and identify the parts produced and progressively send them to the next production process;
  • Install and/or transfer prepared parts onto conveyor;
  • Visually inspect painted parts and remove part if they do not meet inspection criteria;
  • Remove masking from parts and sort out masking parts if applicable;
  • Ensure that the parts count matches the order;
  • Unhook the parts and store them appropriately;
  • Pick up parts and store appropriately;
  • Ensure a safe working environment;
  • Perform all other related duties.

Education + Experience Required

  • High school diploma or GED, or work experience;
  • 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications + Skills Required

  • Good manual dexterity;
  • Ability to lift loads up to 45 lbs;
  • Be able to express yourself in French and have a basic knowledge of oral and written English to interact occasionally with colleagues, clients and international partners who do not speak French;
  • Ability to adapt easily to various situations;
  • Have a positive attitude;
  • Ability to work in a team environment;
  • Be comfortable with computer software;
